Established in 1969, Smith Bros. Realty has been a boutique real estate company with vision. Our original focus was selling 5-25 acre parcels to land investors, locals, and home builders such as KB Home, Pulte Homes, Richmond American and Focus Group. In addition to land sales, Smith Bros. expanded its portfolio to include developing commercial centers. These centers were located on highly trafficked corners of Charleston/Decatur and Cheyenne/Buffalo. With the ever-changing landscape of Real estate in the early 1990’s the company shifted its focus from raw land to development of office buildings. With land acquired by the principals in the early 1980s, our company built a 65,000 square-foot self-storage facility. Again, with a seismic shift in the economic landscape of 2007 the decision to fall back into our roots of profitable real estate transactions remained in building custom homes. We pinpointed the highly desired Ridges in Summerlin and MacDonald Highlands as a place our company would build and sell. As the mid 2010 approached, Smith Bros. once again turned to our passion of raw land sales and rezoning of properties across the Las Vegas Valley. James Smith is the principal broker and has more than 30 years of retail/land experience and expertise.

 

Michelle Murdock is co-broker and has been selling raw land since 1986.
