Established in 1969, Smith Bros. Realty is a boutique real estate company with a vision for innovation and growth. Initially focused on selling residential homes and 5-25 acre parcels to land investors, locals, and home builders like KB Home, Pulte Homes, Richmond American, and Focus Group, our company quickly established a strong presence in the Valley.

As our portfolio grew, so did our ambitions. We expanded into commercial center development, creating successful projects at highly trafficked locations like Charleston/Decatur and Cheyenne/Buffalo. In the early 1990s, as the real estate landscape shifted, we adapted by focusing on the development of office buildings. During this time, we also capitalized on land acquired in the 1980s, constructing a 65,000 square-foot self-storage facility.

The economic shift of 2007 prompted us to return to our roots in residential real estate, specifically in building custom homes. We identified the coveted neighborhoods of The Ridges in Summerlin and MacDonald Highlands as prime locations for our next ventures, building and selling homes in these high-demand areas.

By the mid-2010s, our passion for residential homes reignited, and we refocused on offering exceptional value and service to homebuyers. Today, we also specialize in raw land sales, property rezoning, and development across the Las Vegas Valley.
